1. Accounts and roles

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

When you select a role, you are expressing how you intend to use PlayerFemale. Player, agency, club, coach and scout capabilities may require additional onboarding or verification before they become active.

You may not create an account to impersonate another person, club, agency or organisation, or to misrepresent your authority to act on their behalf.

2. Profiles, claims and verification

Player profiles may be created by the player or claimed from an existing unclaimed record. Claims are reviewed by an administrator and require supporting evidence.

You may only claim a profile if you are the person represented by it or are authorised to act for them.

Agency and club profiles may require legal identity data, licence documents, federation proof and administrator approval. Submitting a document does not guarantee verification.

A claim review fee is charged to process and verify an ownership claim. Payment does not guarantee approval. An administrator reviews the evidence manually and may approve or reject the claim after payment is confirmed.

Claim fees are non-refundable once the review has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we determine that a duplicate or technical error occurred. If we determine that a claim involved fraud, forgery, impersonation, unauthorised documents or abuse of the payment process, we may reject or cancel the claim, suspend the account and retain the fee to the extent permitted by law.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of the claim or account while the dispute is reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

• Keep profile data accurate and up to date.
• Do not upload another person's identity document without lawful authority.
• Do not use verification to imply endorsement beyond the scope of our review.
• Do not submit a claim that you know is false, fraudulent or based on forged or unauthorised documents.

3. Content and media

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant PlayerFemale a non-exclusive licence to host, resize, review and display approved content on the platform.

You must have the rights to every photo, video, logo and document you upload. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy or image rights.

We may reject, remove or restrict content that is misleading, unlawful, harmful or inconsistent with these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, overload or attempt to bypass the platform's security or rate limits.
• Do not upload malware, deceptive files or forged documents.
• Do not harass players, clubs, agencies, staff or other members.
• Do not use contact data for spam, unlawful marketing or unauthorised recruitment.

5. Third-party data and availability

Some football data is supplied by third-party providers, including API-Football. Such data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate and is provided for information and discovery.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Suspension, termination and changes

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, create risk or misuse the network. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms and the related policies. Material changes will be reflected by a new update date on this page.
